Ingredients
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Ghee
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt; gradually add oil and enough water to knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and hing; sauté for 30 seconds. Add chopped cabbage, bell pepper, tomatoes, and boiled peas; cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften.
- 3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and chopped coriander leaves to the vegetables. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let the stuffing cool.
- 4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small disc. Place a spoonful of cooled vegetable stuffing in the center and seal the edges to form a ball.
- 5. Roll the stuffed ball gently into a flat paratha, ensuring the stuffing does not break through.
- 6. Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat. Place the paratha and cook until golden spots appear on both sides, brushing with ghee if desired.
- 7. Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing. Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
