  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Ghee

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour and salt; gradually add oil and enough water to knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and hing; sauté for 30 seconds. Add chopped cabbage, bell pepper, tomatoes, and boiled peas; cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables soften.
  3. 3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and chopped coriander leaves to the vegetables. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let the stuffing cool.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a small disc. Place a spoonful of cooled vegetable stuffing in the center and seal the edges to form a ball.
  5. 5. Roll the stuffed ball gently into a flat paratha, ensuring the stuffing does not break through.
  6. 6. Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat. Place the paratha and cook until golden spots appear on both sides, brushing with ghee if desired.
  7. 7. Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing. Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
