- 250g Swad White Aval 250g
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
- - Green Peas
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the flattened rice (poha) in a colander under running water until it softens. Drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then add asafoetida, curry leaves, and chopped green chilies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- 3. Add turmeric powder, green peas, chopped tomato, and bell pepper to the pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 4. Add the softened poha to the pan along with salt. Mix gently to combine, ensuring the poha is evenly coated with the spices and vegetables.
- 5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and add lemon juice and roasted peanuts.
- 6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
