  • 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Besan
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Til

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked millet, bell peppers, cabbage, tomatoes, and coriander leaves.
  2. 2. Add chickpea flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, asafoetida, and salt to the bowl, mixing everything thoroughly to form a dough-like consistency.
  3. 3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into bite-sized round or oval patties.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on the patties, if using, for extra crunch.
  5. 5. Shallow fry the patties in batches, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Remove the millet bites from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
