- 500 Grms Bajra Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- - Baby Tomatoes
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Besan
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Til
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked millet, bell peppers, cabbage, tomatoes, and coriander leaves.
- 2. Add chickpea flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, asafoetida, and salt to the bowl, mixing everything thoroughly to form a dough-like consistency.
- 3. Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into bite-sized round or oval patties.
- 4. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on the patties, if using, for extra crunch.
- 5. Shallow fry the patties in batches, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- 6. Remove the millet bites from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- 7. Serve hot with mint chutney or a yogurt-based dip for a refreshing accompaniment.
