Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 10G Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. In a medium bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them thoroughly until frothy. Set aside.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion, tomato, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Set them aside for mixing.
  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2 minutes until translucent.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomato and green chilies to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
  5. 5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala to the pan. Mix well and sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. 6. Pour the whisked eggs into the pan and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on top. Cook for 4 minutes over medium heat until the omelette begins to set.
  7. 7. Carefully flip the omelette and cook for another 3 minutes on the other side until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  8. 8. While the omelette is cooking, prepare the chapatis. Heat a flat griddle or tava over medium heat and place a chapati on it. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, pressing gently with a spatula to ensure even cooking. Repeat for all chapatis.
  9. 9. Serve the masala omelette hot alongside freshly made chapatis. Optionally, add a side of mint chutney or ketchup for extra flavor.
