- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Chicken Breast
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Lemon
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 100 g Jeera
- - Coriander Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and cook it according to the package instructions. Once done, fluff it with a fork and set aside.
- 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate it in yogurt, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt for at least 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds, then add the chopped tomatoes and cook until soft and mushy, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is tender and the spices are well absorbed.
- 5. Toss the diced green bell pepper into the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring it remains slightly crunchy.
