About this recipe

A light and flavorful pescatarian dish featuring tender fish fillets steamed with a zesty lemon butter sauce and a hint of paprika. Perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

  • 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
  • 500 g Deli Chic Basa Fish Fillet (Freshly Frozen)
  • 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Place 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch microwave-safe baking dish.
  2. 2. Microwave on High for 30 to 45 seconds until the butter is melted and combined with the lemon juice.
  3. 3. Arrange 1 pound of fish fillets in the dish, placing the thickest ends towards the outside for even cooking.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the fish with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
  5. 5. Cover the dish with microwave-safe plastic wrap, leaving a small vent for steam to escape. Microwave on High for 8 minutes, turning the fish halfway through and seasoning with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
  6. 6. Carefully remove the plastic wrap to avoid steam burns and serve the fish hot with your choice of sides.
