Ingredients
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 125 g Red Bell Pepper
- 500ml Lee Kum Kee Light Soy Sauce
- 1 ltr Saffola Total Heart Pro Rice Bran & Sunflower Blended Cooking Oil
Instructions
- 1. Coat a mixture of 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
- 2. Chop 1 onion, 1 green bell pepper, and 1 red bell pepper into chunks.
- 3. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the chopped vegetables and stir-fry for 1 minute, then remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
- 4. In the same pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper, and stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5. Return the vegetables to the pan and add 6 tablespoons of soy sauce and 4 tablespoons of water. Stir well to coat all ingredients evenly.
- 6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and everything is heated through. Serve hot.
