A savory and flavorful Korean-inspired beef stir-fry, perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner. Tender beef is marinated in a soy-based sauce and cooked with aromatic garlic and green onions, served over a bed of rice.
Ingredients
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 Ltr Sarwar Salad Oil
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g On1Y White Sesame Seeds
- 2 Kg Jasmine Gold Thai Rice
- 50G Suhana Meatmutton
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tsp salad oil, 4 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp ground pepper, and 1 tsp sesame seeds.
- 2. Add 1 1/2 cups of thinly sliced sambar onion to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 3. Heat a large skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the marinated onions in batches, cooking quickly for 2-3 minutes until browned and caramelized.
- 4. Remove the cooked onions from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add 1 sliced onion and 1 chopped green onion, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 5. Return the cooked onions to the skillet, tossing with the fresh onions to combine and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
- 6. Serve the stir-fried onions over steamed rice, garnished with additional sesame seeds if desired.
