- 1 kg Beef Sirloin
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 100 g Til
- 250 g Jasmine Rice
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 250 g Carrot
- - Rice Vinegar
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 200 G Spring Onion(200Gm)
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 500 g Brown Sugar
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, gochujang, sesame seeds, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- 2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, mix well, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 4-5 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
- 4. In a separate bowl, toss the shredded cabbage and julienned carrots with a drizzle of sesame oil and rice vinegar for a quick slaw.
