Ingredients
- - Bell Peppers
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 50 g Honey
- - Garlic Paste
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture: Wrap the tofu block in a clean kitchen towel or paper towels, place a heavy object (like a skillet) on top, and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- 2. Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon rice vinegar, and 1 teaspoon minced garlic. Set this sauce aside.
- 4. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 5. Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden brown.
- 6. Reduce the heat to medium and add the prepared sauce to the skillet. Stir well to coat the tofu evenly.
- 7. Add 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers and 1/2 cup sliced zucchini to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- 8. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional) over the stir-fry. Stir to combine.
- 9. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.
- 10. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
