Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 300 g Brown Bread Ladi Pav
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomatoes, cook until they soften and form a thick base, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add ground turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Stir well to combine and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Add minced lamb or chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the meat is browned and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes to bring the flavors together and create a rich gravy.
  7. 7. Toast pav buns with butter on a hot skillet until golden and warm, about 2 minutes per side.
  8. 8. Serve the kheema hot, garnished with fresh cilantro, alongside the toasted pav. Pair with lemon wedges and onion slices for extra flavor.
