- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100G Oleo
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat, then add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4. Add the pureed tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil begins to separate, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5. Add the cubed chicken breast to the pan and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Stir in the diced green and red bell peppers, and cook uncovered for another 5 minutes to soften the peppers slightly.
- 7. Reduce the heat and add the yogurt, mixing well to create a creamy gravy. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- 8. Sprinkle garam masala over the dish and mix. Cook for another 2 minutes to blend the flavors.
- 9. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with steamed rice or whole wheat rotis.
