A flavorful Indian-inspired tuna pasta salad with a tangy dressing, perfect for a light yet satisfying dinner. This dish combines pasta, vegetables, and spices for a wholesome meal.
Ingredients
- 100 g Broccoli Florets
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 2 ltr Figaro Extra Light Olive Oil
- 370G Remia Dijon Mustard
- 50 g On1Y Black Peppercorns With Grinder
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- - PASTA SPRING 500GM
- 1 kg Onion (Kanda)
- 500 ml I'Mwow Apple Cider Vinegar (With Mother)
- 400 g Wickedgud 2X Fiber Penne Pasta | No Maida | Durum Wheat Semolina | Brown Rice | Healthy Diet Pasta
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Coriander Powder Combo
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 50 g Cumin Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cook 2 1/2 cups of rotini pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini, 2 cups of steamed broccoli florets, 2 diced tomatoes, 10 sliced green olives, and 2 thinly sliced purple onion rings.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons mustard, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder.
- 4. Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta and vegetable mixture. Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
- 5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
- 6. Before serving, toss the salad gently once more and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves if desired.
