Ingredients

  • 250 g Carrot
  • 1 pack Mushrooms Button
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • - Vegetable Stock Cubes
  • 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
  • 100 g Ginger
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 50 g White Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 500 g Sugar
  • - Garlic Paste
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in 4 cups of vegetable broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. 4. Add 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms, 1/4 cup of shredded carrots, and 1/4 cup of diced tofu. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir this mixture into the soup.
  6. 6. In another small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of water to create a slurry. Slowly pour this into the soup while stirring continuously to thicken it.
