Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 250 g Cucumber
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sauté until onions turn golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the mixture thickens.
- 4. Add minced chicken to the pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
- 5. Season with salt and garam masala. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- 6. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a pan or griddle for 1 minute on each side.
- 7. Spread a thin layer of plain yogurt on each roti, then add lettuce, cucumber, and the cooked chicken keema.
- 8. Wrap the roti tightly around the filling and serve immediately.
