Ingredients
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 4.6 ltr Saffola Active Refined Cooking Oil Blend Of Rice Bran & Soyabean Oil
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 200 g Hello Tempayy Simply Natural Tempeh Crumbles
- 10 g Fresh Thyme
- 290ml Lea And Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1 tablespoon cooking oil, 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
- 2. Pour the marinade into a glass pan and add 1 tablespoon of water to thin it slightly.
- 3. Place the 1 lb tempeh into the marinade, turning it to coat evenly. Cover the pan and let the tempeh marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- 4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Remove the tempeh from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
- 5. Grill the tempeh for 3-4 minutes per side, or until heated through and golden brown. Serve immediately.
