Ingredients
- 500 g Dairy Craft Unsalted White Butter
- 25 g Parsley
- 200 g Shrimpop Tandoori Torpedo Shrimp
- 500 g + 400 g Yu 100% Whole Wheat Penne Pasta + 100% Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni Pasta Combo
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup of butter over medium heat.
- 2. Stir in 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, 1/4 cup of sliced green onion, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Let it simmer for 2 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- 3. Add 2 cups of peeled and deveined shrimp to the saucepan and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked.
- 4. Meanwhile, cook 12 oz of pasta according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and reserve a small amount of the cooking water.
- 5. Toss the cooked pasta with the shrimp and herb-butter sauce, adding a splash of the reserved pasta water if needed to coat evenly.
- 6. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
