  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 400 Ml Kara Coconut Cream
  • 100G Oleo
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add the pureed tomatoes to the pan, followed by turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  3. 3. Stir in the coconut cream (or dairy cream) and garam masala, mixing well to create a creamy masala base. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cauliflower florets, green beans, and bell peppers to the pan, ensuring they are coated with the masala. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Add the green peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
