Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Dill Leaves (Sabbasige Soppu)
- 1 Bunch Nectr Desi Coriander Leaves (Chemical Free)
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 120 g Golden Prize Pink Salmon Fillet In Oil
- 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar
- 100 g Everest White Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and line a baking tray with aluminum foil.
- 2. Place the salmon fillet on the foil, skin side down.
- 3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter and brush it evenly over the salmon fillet.
- 4. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of dill, 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander leaves, 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt evenly over the fillet.
- 5. Thinly slice 1 onion and layer the slices on top of the salmon, if desired.
- 6. Grill the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- 7. Remove the salmon from the grill and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice before serving.
