  • 500 Ml Champion Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil a large pot of water, then add the whole wheat spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. 2. While the pasta is cooking, chop the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic, and cook until the onions are translucent and fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms to the pan, sautéing until they are tender and cooked through.
  5. 5. In a separate bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of gochujang and a splash of hot water to create a smooth paste.
  6. 6. Pour whipping cream and the gochujang mixture into the pan, stirring to combine. Add a pinch of sugar to balance the flavors.
  7. 7. Add a dash of soya sauce and half a cup of chicken broth to the pan, letting it simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  8. 8. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan, tossing well to coat the spaghetti evenly with the sauce.
  9. 9. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary before serving hot, garnish with optional toppings like chopped fresh herbs or grated cheese.
