Ingredients
- - Bell Peppers
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 100 g Garlic
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- loose Ginger
- 1 kg Rice
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 cup of finely chopped tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and sauté 1/2 cup of finely chopped bell peppers and 1/2 cup of finely chopped zucchini for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 4. Add 2 tbsp of gochujang paste, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of rice vinegar, and 1 tsp of sesame oil to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- 5. Return the cooked tofu to the skillet and mix thoroughly with the sauce and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 6. Wash and separate 8-10 large lettuce leaves (such as butter lettuce or romaine) and pat them dry.
- 7. Spoon the tofu and vegetable mixture evenly into the center of each lettuce leaf.
- 8. Garnish with 1 tbsp of toasted sesame seeds and 1/4 cup of chopped green onions (optional).
- 9. Serve immediately as a light and flavorful meal.
