Ingredients

  • - Bell Peppers
  • 1 pc Broccoli
  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 100 g Ginger
  • - Fresh Tofu
  • - Corn Starch Powder
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add 1 tablespoon of minced ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add 1 cup of thinly sliced bell peppers, 1 cup of sliced zucchini, and 1 cup of broccoli florets to the wok. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
