Ingredients

- 1 pc Broccoli
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 100 g Ginger
- - Fresh Tofu
- - Corn Starch Powder
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add 1 tablespoon of minced ginger and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Add 1 cup of thinly sliced bell peppers, 1 cup of sliced zucchini, and 1 cup of broccoli florets to the wok. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 4. In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.
