  • 2 pcs Zucchini
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • - Olive Oil
  • - Thyme Leaves
  • 40G Primi Piatti Rosemary Flakes
  • - Basil Leaves
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 200 g Almond Flour
  • - Besan
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced zucchini, tomatoes, diced bell peppers, and shredded cabbage with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, black pepper, dried thyme, rosemary, and basil.
