- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- - Olive Oil
- - Thyme Leaves
- 40G Primi Piatti Rosemary Flakes
- - Basil Leaves
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 200 g Almond Flour
- - Besan
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and set aside.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced zucchini, tomatoes, diced bell peppers, and shredded cabbage with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 tsp salt, black pepper, dried thyme, rosemary, and basil.
- 3. Arrange the vegetable mixture evenly in the greased baking dish and sprinkle hing over the vegetables to enhance the flavor.
- 4. In a separate bowl, combine chickpea flour, almond flour, nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp salt, and lemon juice. Mix well until crumbly.
