- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Sprouted Mung Beans
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Chaat Masala
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Salt
- 500 Ml Musturd Oil Cold Pressed Oils 500 Ml
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas and green moong beans. Ensure they are well-cooked but firm.
- 2. Add the chopped tomato, cucumber, cabbage, green bell pepper, green chili, and coriander leaves to the bowl.
- 3. Sprinkle the roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, hing, and salt over the mixture. Mix well to evenly coat the ingredients.
- 4. Drizzle the mustard oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice over the chaat. Toss gently to combine all flavors.
- 5. Let the chaat sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
