  • 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 250 g Spinach
  • - Vegetable Stock Cubes
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • 500Ml Gaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil (500ml)
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • - Chilli Green 100 G
  • 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 100 g Garlic
  • loose Ginger
  • 80 g Soya Sauce
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add asafoetida and sauté for a few seconds until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until they soften and release their juices.
  3. 3. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, red chili flakes, and sugar. Mix well to combine.
  4. 4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring it to a gentle boil. Add salt to taste.
  5. 5. Add the cabbage, spinach, and bell peppers to the pot. Simmer for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still retain a slight crunch.
