- 1 bunch Thai Basil
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- - Dry Red Chillies
- 700 Ml Healthy Boy Thai Soy Sauces
- 200 ml Fish Sauce
- 510 g Oyster Sauce
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 500 g Sugar
- 100 g Cornflour
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the chopped Thai chilies and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the pan and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly golden.
