Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 200 ml Ghee
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, finely chopped onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt until well combined.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- 3. Divide the kulcha dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small disc. Place a generous amount of the egg filling in the center of one disc.
- 4. Carefully fold the edges of the disc to encase the filling and roll it gently into a stuffed kulcha, ensuring the filling doesn't spill out.
- 5. Heat a tawa (griddle) over medium heat and add a small amount of ghee. Place the stuffed kulcha on the tawa and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling. Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt for a complete snack.
