Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 100 g Salt
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and water to form a soft dough. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth, cover, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with finely chopped onions, green chilies, cilantro, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle using a rolling pin on a floured surface.
- 4. Heat a flat pan or tawa over medium heat. Place one rolled-out paratha on the hot pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on one side until light brown spots appear.
- 5. Flip the paratha and pour 2-3 tablespoons of the egg mixture onto the cooked side. Quickly spread the mixture evenly over the surface.
- 6. Gently flip the paratha again, allowing the egg mixture to cook and set. Cook for 2-3 minutes, pressing lightly with a spatula for even cooking.
- 7. Flip once more to ensure the paratha is evenly cooked. Remove from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining dough and egg mixture.
- 8. Serve the egg parathas hot with yogurt, chutney, or pickles for a complete breakfast.
