- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Garlic
- 100 g Salt
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, green chili, tomato, and coriander leaves. Grate the garlic and set everything aside.
- 2. In a medium-sized bowl, crack the eggs, add a pinch of salt, and beat them thoroughly with a fork. Set aside.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the grated garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Add the chopped onion and green chili to the pan. Cook for 3 minutes until the onion turns translucent.

- 9. Garnish the Egg Maggi with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot. Enjoy your satisfying snack!
