Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 300 g Brown Bread Ladi Pav
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 500 g Onion
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Gather all ingredients and prepare the workspace. Beat the eggs in a bowl, adding finely chopped onions, green chilies, tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.
  2. 2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add 2 teaspoons of oil. Pour half the beaten egg mixture into the pan and spread evenly to form a thick omelette.
  3. 3. Cook the omelette for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and fully set.
  4. 4. Repeat the process with the remaining egg mixture to make a second omelette.
  5. 5. Slice the pav buns horizontally. Heat a separate pan or griddle and add a small amount of butter. Toast the pav until golden and slightly crisp.
