- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 300 g Brown Bread Ladi Pav
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
Instructions
- 1. Gather all ingredients and prepare the workspace. Beat the eggs in a bowl, adding finely chopped onions, green chilies, tomatoes, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder.
- 2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add 2 teaspoons of oil. Pour half the beaten egg mixture into the pan and spread evenly to form a thick omelette.
- 3. Cook the omelette for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip carefully and cook the other side until golden and fully set.
- 4. Repeat the process with the remaining egg mixture to make a second omelette.
- 5. Slice the pav buns horizontally. Heat a separate pan or griddle and add a small amount of butter. Toast the pav until golden and slightly crisp.
- 6. Serve the omelettes hot, garnished with additional coriander leaves if desired, alongside the toasted pav for a complete breakfast.
