Ingredients
- 100 g Broccoli Florets
- 125 g Red Bell Pepper
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup cornstarch with 1 cup water to create a slurry and set aside.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- 3. Add 2 cups of chopped broccoli and 1 cup of sliced red bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 4. Remove the vegetables from the pan and set aside.
- 5. Add a pinch of hing (asafoetida) to the pan and stir briefly to release its aroma.
- 6. Return the vegetables to the pan and pour the cornstarch slurry over them. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy. Serve hot.
