Ingredients
- 100 g Pasteurised Butter
- - Toned Milk
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Sugar
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, crack 6 white eggs and whisk them until smooth.
- 2. Gradually add in 500 g of refined wheat flour (maida) to the eggs, mixing continuously to avoid lumps.
- 3. Slowly pour 500 ml of milk into the egg and flour mixture, stirring until well blended and you have a smooth batter.
- 4. Melt 50 g of butter, then add it to the batter, mixing well to incorporate.
- 5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly coat it with a small amount of melted butter.
- 6. Pour a small ladleful of the batter into the pan, tilting the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly and form a thin layer.
- 7. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the underside is golden brown, then flip the crepe with a spatula and cook the other side for another minute.
- 8. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the pan as needed.
- 9. Serve the crepes warm with your choice of sweet or savory fillings and enjoy!
