Creamy Chicken Orzo Dinner Recipe

Ingredients
- 400 g Delichic Raw Chicken Stock Broth
- 500 g Deli Chic Chicken Boneless Cubes (Freshly Frozen)
- 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
- 50 g On1Y Black Peppercorns With Grinder
- 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 1 cup of kinwaaquinoa and cook for 10-12 minutes until softened but still firm in the center. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of chicken stock to a simmer. Stir to combine.
- 3. Add the cooked kinwaaquinoa to the simmering stock and stir well. Cook over medium heat, stirring regularly, until the liquid is fully absorbed, about 8-10 minutes.
- 4. While the kinwaaquinoa is cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 2 cups of Deli Chic Chicken Boneless Cubes (Freshly Frozen) and sauté until cooked through and lightly browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- 5. Once the kinwaaquinoa has absorbed the stock, remove it from the heat. Stir in the sautéed chicken, 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, and season with 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper and additional salt to taste.
- 6. Serve the creamy chicken quinoa hot.
