Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Chicken Breast
  • 350G Borges Mini Penne Rigate Durum Wheat Pasta (350g)
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • - Dairy Milk
  • - Fresh Cream
  • - Cheddar Cheese Powder 100g
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 500 g Refined Flour
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Boil the penne pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add the chicken cubes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and a pinch of salt. Sauté until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown, about 8-10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same pan, add the all-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until it loses its raw smell. Gradually add milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  4. 4. Add the grated parmesan cheese, black pepper powder, and salt to the sauce. Mix well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. 5. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss it in the sauce. Add the boiled pasta and mix thoroughly to coat the pasta and chicken evenly with the sauce.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve hot.
