- 50 ml Bourbon Vanilla Extract
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 100 g Cornflour
- 50 g Cocoa Powder
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500 g Sugar

- 1. In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of Amul Homogenised Toned Milk, 3 tablespoons of Happychef Cocoa Powder, and a pinch of Keya Table Salt.
- 2. Add 1/2 cup of Madhur Sugar and 3 tablespoons of Weikfield Cornflour to the mixture.
- 3. Whisk together the ingredients over medium heat until they are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
- 4. Continue to cook while stirring constantly until the mixture begins to thicken and comes to a gentle boil.
- 5. Reduce heat to low and stir in 2 teaspoons of Sprig Natural Bourbon Vanilla Extract and 2 tablespoons of Amul Unsalted Butter.
- 6. Once the butter has melted and the pudding is thickened and smooth, remove it from the heat.
- 7. Pour the pudding into individual serving dishes, cover with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming, and cool to room temperature.
