  • 50 ml Bourbon Vanilla Extract
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 50 g Cocoa Powder
  • 200 g Table Salt
  • 500 g Sugar

  1. 1. In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of Amul Homogenised Toned Milk, 3 tablespoons of Happychef Cocoa Powder, and a pinch of Keya Table Salt.
  2. 2. Add 1/2 cup of Madhur Sugar and 3 tablespoons of Weikfield Cornflour to the mixture.
  3. 3. Whisk together the ingredients over medium heat until they are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
  4. 4. Continue to cook while stirring constantly until the mixture begins to thicken and comes to a gentle boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to low and stir in 2 teaspoons of Sprig Natural Bourbon Vanilla Extract and 2 tablespoons of Amul Unsalted Butter.
