Ingredients
- - Bell Peppers
- 1 pc Broccoli
- 200 g Organic Tofu - Soy Paneer
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- - Chili Paste
- - Garlic Paste
- 100 g Ginger
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Press 200g of firm tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 tsp rice vinegar, and 1 tsp sesame oil. Set aside.
- 3. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 4. Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 5. In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and sauté 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tsp grated ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 6. Add 1 sliced bell pepper and 1 cup broccoli florets to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 7. Return the tofu to the skillet and pour the prepared sauce over it. Toss everything together and cook for 2 minutes until heated through.
- 8. Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped spring onions and 1 tsp sesame seeds. Serve hot with steamed rice.
