Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 1 Kg Idly/Dosa Batter
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the chicken filling by heating oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies. Sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Add the minced chicken to the pan along with turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and the spices are well incorporated.
- 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Finish with fresh coriander leaves, and set the filling aside to cool slightly.
- 4. Heat a non-stick dosa pan and pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the center. Spread evenly in a circular motion to form a thin crepe.
- 5. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the dosa. Allow it to cook until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
- 6. Place a portion of the prepared chicken filling onto one side of the dosa. Fold the dosa over the filling and gently press to seal.
- 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and chicken filling. Serve hot with coconut chutney or spicy tomato chutney on the side.
