Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the chicken filling by heating oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add the minced chicken to the pan along with turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and the spices are well incorporated.
  3. 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Finish with fresh coriander leaves, and set the filling aside to cool slightly.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick dosa pan and pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the center. Spread evenly in a circular motion to form a thin crepe.
  5. 5. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the dosa. Allow it to cook until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6. Place a portion of the prepared chicken filling onto one side of the dosa. Fold the dosa over the filling and gently press to seal.
  7. 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter and chicken filling. Serve hot with coconut chutney or spicy tomato chutney on the side.
