Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Chicken Breast
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Clean and dice the chicken into small bite-sized pieces. Marinate the chicken with 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, and 1 tbsp yogurt. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and sauté until cooked through and lightly browned, approximately 8 minutes.
- 3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil, followed by chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent and the tomatoes are soft, about 6 minutes.
- 4. Add 2 cups of water into the pan and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add 2 packets of Maggi noodles along with the tastemaker packets.
- 5. Stir the noodles occasionally as they cook. Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and mix well. Let everything simmer together for 4 minutes until the noodles are soft and the flavors are well-combined.
