Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Chicken Breast
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Onion
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Clean and dice the chicken into small bite-sized pieces. Marinate the chicken with 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, and 1 tbsp yogurt. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and sauté until cooked through and lightly browned, approximately 8 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil, followed by chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent and the tomatoes are soft, about 6 minutes.
  4. 4. Add 2 cups of water into the pan and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add 2 packets of Maggi noodles along with the tastemaker packets.
  5. 5. Stir the noodles occasionally as they cook. Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and mix well. Let everything simmer together for 4 minutes until the noodles are soft and the flavors are well-combined.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot. Enjoy your flavorful Chicken Maggi!
