Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1Kg Potato
- - Chicken Breast
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- - Garlic Paste
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel and grate the potatoes into a bowl. Squeeze out excess water using a kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
- 2. Boil the chicken breast in water with 1/2 tsp salt until fully cooked, about 10 minutes. Allow it to cool, then shred the chicken finely using a fork.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, grated potatoes, chopped onions, green chili, coriander leaves, garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Add salt and mix well to form a dough-like consistency.
- 4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
- 5. Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat. Fry the patties in batches, cooking each side for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- 6. Transfer the cooked hash browns to a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
