- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 360G Salsa
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Salt
- - Chicken Breast
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- 100 g Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 2. Add diced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Stir in cumin powder, smoked paprika, red chili powder, and salt.
- 3. Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and shred the chicken using two forks.
- 4. Mix the shredded chicken with lemon juice and finely chopped tomatoes in the same pan. Cook for another 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- 5. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 10-15 seconds each. Place some shredded chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla and roll tightly into flautas.
