  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 360G Salsa
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Chicken Breast
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 100 g Garlic

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add diced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Stir in cumin powder, smoked paprika, red chili powder, and salt.
  3. 3. Add the chicken breast to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from heat and shred the chicken using two forks.
