Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 140 g Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 500 g Refined Flour
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, grated mozzarella cheese, green chili, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well to form a uniform filling.
- 2. Trim the edges of the bread slices and flatten each slice using a rolling pin to make them pliable.
- 3. Take a small portion of the potato-cheese mixture and shape it into a cylindrical roll. Place it in the center of a flattened bread slice.
- 4. Prepare a slurry by mixing the all-purpose flour with a few tablespoons of water to form a smooth paste. Apply a little slurry along the edges of the bread slice to help seal it.
- 5. Gently roll the bread slice around the filling, pressing the edges firmly to seal the roll completely. Repeat with the remaining bread slices and filling.
- 6. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully slide in the prepared rolls and fry them in batches until they turn golden brown and crisp, about 3-4 minutes per batch.
- 7. Remove the fried rolls using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- 8. Serve the cheese aloo stuffed bread rolls hot with ketchup or mint chutney for dipping.
