Ingredients

  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Chicken Winglets
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Lemon

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Make small slits on the wings to help the marinade penetrate better.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.
  3. 3. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and coat them thoroughly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  4. 4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  5. 5. Place the marinated chicken wings on the grill and cook for 12-15 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until the wings are charred and fully cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  6. 6. Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for 2 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  7. 7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side and enjoy as a flavorful snack.
