Ingredients
- - Mustard Paste
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper
- 100 g Salt
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 250 g Cucumber
- 200G Green Mirchi Tikhat Lonche (200g)
- 453 ml Jalapeno Pepper - Sliced
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, smoked paprika, ground cumin, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute the spices.
- 2. Divide the seasoned meat into 8 equal portions and shape them into small, round patties.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns in a separate pan or grill for about 1 minute each side.
- 5. Assemble the sliders by spreading a thin layer of mustard and barbecue sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cooked patty on top.
- 6. Add shredded lettuce, pickled jalapeño slices, and sliced cucumber onto each patty for crunch and a hint of spice.
- 7. Cover with the top half of the bun and press gently to secure. Serve immediately while warm.
