Ingredients
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- - Chicken Breast
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- - Rice Vinegar
- 250g Ginger
- 100 g Til
- 250 g Cucumber
- 250 g Carrot
- 50 g Honey
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 25 g Whole Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
- 2. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and chili flakes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
