  • 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
  • 1 kg Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt
  • 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 500 G Kinwaaquinoa

Instructions

  1. 1. In a skillet, melt 1/4 cup Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes over medium heat until sizzling.
  2. 2. Add 3 cups broccoli florets and 1 diced Sambar onion to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. 3. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mix together 3/4 teaspoon Eastern Dry Ginger Powder, 1/4 teaspoon Supreme Harvest Iodized Salt, 1/4 teaspoon On1Y Pepper Grinder, 1 tablespoon Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice, 1 tablespoon Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce, and 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic.
  4. 4. Add the marinated beef and the marinade to the skillet with the vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in 2 diced Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes and cover the skillet. Let it stand for 2 minutes or until the tomatoes are heated through.
  6. 6. Serve the beef and vegetable mixture with its juices over cooked Kinwaaquinoa for a complete meal.
