Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 150 g Ratlami Sev
- 500G Shengdana Kharre (500g)
- 100 g Lemon
- 200 g Bhel Murmura
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Chaat Masala
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Place 4 eggs in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove eggs, transfer to cold water, and peel.
- 2. Finely chop onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and green chilies. Set aside.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine puffed rice, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, and green chilies.
- 4. Add sev, roasted peanuts, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt to the mixture. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the ingredients and mix well.
- 5. Slice the boiled eggs into halves or quarters and gently fold them into the bhel mixture.
- 6. Serve immediately in bowls or plates, garnished with additional sev and coriander leaves for extra crunch and freshness.
