- 250 ml Lemoneez
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 200 g Bocconcini Cheese
- 20 g Oregano
Instructions
- 1. Cook 1 cup of Daawat Basmati Rice according to the package instructions until it's fluffy and then let it cool.
- 2. Slice 500g of hybrid tomatoes into wedges and set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, mix the cooled rice with the tomato wedges and 200g of Mooz Premium Bocconcini Cheese.
- 4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of Figaro Olive Oil and 3 tablespoons of Dabur Hommade Lemoneez over the salad.
