Ingredients

  • - Chicken Breast
  • 200 ml Fish Sauce
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 250 g Veg Mayonnaise Eggless
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 50G Real Thai Canned Red Curry Paste (50g)
  • 700 Ml Healthy Boy Thai Soy Sauces
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • - Real Thai Original Thai Cuisine Sriracha Extra Hot Chilli Sauce 430ml
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Mix Thai red curry paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili powder, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken strips until they are fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. 3. In a separate bowl, prepare the slaw by combining shredded cabbage, julienned cucumber, and sliced red bell pepper. Add lime juice, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Toss well to coat evenly and keep aside.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to make a creamy chili mayo. Adjust the spice level to taste.
  5. 5. Warm the flatbreads or wraps on a pan or grill for 1-2 minutes. Spread a layer of chili mayo on each flatbread, add a generous portion of cooked chicken, and top with the slaw.
  6. 6. Roll tightly and serve immediately, cutting each roll in half if desired. Enjoy your Bangkok Spiced Chicken Breakfast Rolls!
