Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 200 ml Fish Sauce
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 250 g Veg Mayonnaise Eggless
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 50G Real Thai Canned Red Curry Paste (50g)
- 700 Ml Healthy Boy Thai Soy Sauces
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- - Real Thai Original Thai Cuisine Sriracha Extra Hot Chilli Sauce 430ml
- 500 g Sugar
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Mix Thai red curry paste, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili powder, turmeric powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Add the chicken strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken strips until they are fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. In a separate bowl, prepare the slaw by combining shredded cabbage, julienned cucumber, and sliced red bell pepper. Add lime juice, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Toss well to coat evenly and keep aside.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to make a creamy chili mayo. Adjust the spice level to taste.
- 5. Warm the flatbreads or wraps on a pan or grill for 1-2 minutes. Spread a layer of chili mayo on each flatbread, add a generous portion of cooked chicken, and top with the slaw.
- 6. Roll tightly and serve immediately, cutting each roll in half if desired. Enjoy your Bangkok Spiced Chicken Breakfast Rolls!
