- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Carrot
- - Bell Peppers
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 375G Real Thai Original Thai Cuisine Rice Stick Pad Thai Noodles (375g)
- 400G Bam Vermicelli
- 200 g Table Salt
- 190 ml White Cooking Vinegar
- 500 g Sugar
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Soak 200 grams of rice noodles and 100 grams of vermicelli in warm water for 20 minutes until softened.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 4. Add 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 chopped green chili, and 1 teaspoon of grated ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- 5. Toss in 1 sliced bell pepper, 1 sliced carrot, and 1 cup of shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 6. Drain the soaked noodles and vermicelli, then add them to the pan.
- 7. Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of sugar. Mix well.
- 8. Add salt to taste and stir-fry for another 5 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- 9. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
