- 100G Oleo
- 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
- - Besan
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly, then slice off the tops and remove the seeds and membranes to create hollow shells. Set aside the tops for later use.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled paneer, boiled moong dal, besan, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hing, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to form a cohesive stuffing mixture.
- 3. Stuff the prepared bell peppers with the paneer-lentil mixture, pressing gently to ensure the filling is evenly distributed. Replace the tops of the peppers to seal them.
- 4. Lightly brush the outside of the stuffed peppers with vegetable oil. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- 5. Arrange the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the peppers are tender and slightly charred on the outside.
- 6. Carefully remove the stuffed peppers from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve warm as a flavorful snack or light meal.
