Ingredients

  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 100G Oleo
  • 1 kg Yellow Moong Dal
  • - Besan
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly, then slice off the tops and remove the seeds and membranes to create hollow shells. Set aside the tops for later use.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled paneer, boiled moong dal, besan, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, hing, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to form a cohesive stuffing mixture.
  3. 3. Stuff the prepared bell peppers with the paneer-lentil mixture, pressing gently to ensure the filling is evenly distributed. Replace the tops of the peppers to seal them.
  4. 4. Lightly brush the outside of the stuffed peppers with vegetable oil. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  5. 5. Arrange the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the peppers are tender and slightly charred on the outside.
  6. 6. Carefully remove the stuffed peppers from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute. Serve warm as a flavorful snack or light meal.
